Capture resources
Save text, documents, audio, and recordings, then start organization when needed.
Choose an entry point

Save web links through “添加资料” (Add resource) in the Library.
Import documents
- Choose “导入文档” (Import document) and add a supported local file.
- Select a course if needed and submit.
- Wait for parsing, then open the record to check the extracted text.
- Generate and confirm a summary for records you want to process.
TXT and MD files must use UTF-8. PDFs must contain extractable text; scanned image PDFs are not a supported OCR workflow. For encrypted, damaged, or empty documents, follow the error message or paste readable text manually.
Record and import audio
Configure Tencent Cloud transcription first and allow microphone access for recording. After recording or importing audio, the app processes it and submits it for transcription. The first outbound transfer requires separate consent.
Audio imports currently cannot exceed 5 hours. Check the configuration and results with a short sample before processing long recordings.
Review names, terminology, and omissions in the transcript before generating a summary. When the source contains timing information, use source navigation in the record to return to the matching segment.
Save first, organize later
Records without a course are collected in the Inbox. Assigning a course only changes ownership. Use the upgrade or generation action when you want an AI summary.
When processing fails, check the record's error first. Retrying processing is different from creating another resource; avoid duplicate imports.
