Complete a course review

Organize multiple resources in a course, then check understanding with questions and practice.

Prepare a course and materials

Complete Quick start, then prepare a handout and study notes on the same topic. Configure transcription if using recordings.

Organize this week's resources

  1. Capture documents or text into the course. Save resources with an uncertain course in the inbox first.
  2. Wait for document parsing or audio transcription, then check that the source is complete.
  3. Compare the summary with the source, edit it, and confirm.
  4. Generate needed knowledge points in the record, review them, and keep useful content.

Saved, generated, and confirmed are different states. Return to the original record to resolve problems rather than treating a failed task as completed organization.

Find gaps in understanding

Start a course scoped conversation. For example:

Compare this week's two explanations of attention. List similarities first, then differences, and cite each source.

Open each reference and check that it comes from the course and has sufficient context. If evidence is missing, add material or narrow the question.

Check understanding through practice

Generate exercises from a record or create a course practice test. Answer, review answers, grades, and explanations, then return to the related source to correct your understanding.

For learning across several days, ask the general assistant to create a learning plan. Specify a goal, deadline, and available daily time, and review the draft before accepting.

Keep results you can return to

Keep confirmed records, knowledge points, and answers in the course. Next time, return from plan items, course records, or the Learning profile to continue unfinished work.

After review, export a backup rather than keeping the only copy on one device.
